NEW CONSTRUCTION / ROOM ADDITION

Our customers have the option to work directly with our architects on designing plans or bring in a third-party architect with pre-approved designs. During the initial meeting, we’ll thoroughly review plans and discuss any suggestions to ensure everyone is aligned. After your consultation with the contractor, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining what’s included in the scope of work, as well as exclusions. While it’s not required, we’re happy to accommodate if you wish to provide your own finished materials, such as cabinets, tile, or flooring. If you prefer us to provide and install these materials, your project manager will assist you throughout the selection process. Our experienced interior designer is also available to guide you in choosing materials, colors, lighting, and more, helping bring your vision to life.

With the pre-construction meetings complete, we move on to stage two. During demolition, we take great care to protect your property and belongings on-site. Trash will be removed daily, and a waste bin will be available throughout the project. Portable toilets will be provided for all job sites, and the construction area will remain fenced and secured at all times. Inspections will occur periodically, and your project manager will keep you informed of the dates, times, and results. You’ll always be kept up to date on the progress of your new home.
